Would this Waterway pump be a drop in replacement for a Sta-Rite P6E6F-207L? My Sta-Rite went bad for for my spa jets. Thanks.
Hello Brent. The Waterway Champion 1.5 HP Full Rate EE Pool Pump CHAMPE-115 would be a comparable replacement for the Sta-Rite Max-E-Pro 1.5 HP Full rate EE Pool Pump model P6E6F-207L. There will be plumbing adaptations necessary as the Inlet/Outlet openings are not exactly in alignment.

what size cartridge filter is recommended with this pump

Hello. The Waterway Champion Pool Pump CHAMPE-115 has a flow rate of approximately120 GPM at 50 Ft of Head. A compatible cartridge filter should have a minimum design Flow Rate of 120GPM. The Waterway ProClean Plus 200 sq ft Cartridge Filter has a flow rating of 125 GPM and 200 sq ft of filter area. ProClean Plus 200 sqft Pool Cartridge Filter - PCCF-200 The Hayward Star Clear Plus Cartridge Filter models W3C12002 (120 sq ft filter area) and the W3C17502 (175 sq ft filter area). Both have a flow rating of 120GPM and are compatible with the Waterway CHAMPE - 115 Pool Pump. W3C12002 W3C17502

Will this replace a Slv 56

Hello. The Waterway SVL56 Series Pool Pumps are available in several models. Models are defined by motor horsepower and High Performance or Standard Performance Motors. The CHAMPE - 115 would be the model equivalent of the SVL56E-115. The Waterway Champion Series (CHAMP) Pool Pumps have a slightly better Flow Rate (GPM) vs Pressure (Feet of Head) than the SVL56 Series. The CHAMP Series inlet and discharge ports are dimensionally different than the SVL56 Series. Plumbing alterations would be required.

I have a Challenger PAC-FAB 1 HP / CHII-N1-1A / 1-26-F01 / 34-6204 self priming pump and a Century Motor Model number B2854V1 motor. Type: CX, Frame: Y56Y, HP: 1.5, SF: 1.10, PH: 1.0, HZ: 60, RPM 3450, Volts: 230/115, Amps: SF 16.0/8.0, Form: KJM. It's making a loud screeching type noise when it is on. What would be the replacement to fix this?
Hi Nick, most often this sound is the motor bearings. Most pool owners replace the motor and seals to resolve. Your motor is the B854 and the seal kit is the GOKIT5. I have emailed you an estimate that you can convert to an order if you'd like.
