What is the return policy for this item? I believe mine is not working, but if that part is not the problem I would like to be able to return it. Also is there a warranty?

My power supply (Model A78002) is out of order. I would like to buy only the electronic board. Where can I buy this electronic Board and what is the price please ?

Hello, the Power Supply Assembly does not have a replacement parts list, meaning that the manufacturer has not made these available. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly at 1-800-845-4856 to see if they do provide a main board replacement part for the power supply or if this unit can be repaired.

When I turn on my Aquabot Breeze XLS the power supply will start blinking/flashing after about 5-10 seconds. Then none of the controls work. Is this a failed power supply or is the pump motor in the Aquabot gone bad?
Reply
Hi, Jimmy. If all the lights are blinking, you will need to check to see if the unit is out of the water, check the impeller to see if it is stuck. You can also try to restart the unit by pressing the Power button once.

I have this pool cleaner. Today the power supply would not turn on. Is there a way to trouble shoot or is it just dead? It is about 2 or 3 years old. The outlet it is plugged into is working fine with other things I plug into it. Thank you.

Hi, Crystal. If the unit is not coming on, check the power outlet. If the outlet is not the issue, then the power supply is bad an will need to be replaced. You can also contact Aquabot at 1-800-845-4856 for additional troubleshooting tips.

hi, I have a problem, when you turn it on it works for about 10-15 seconds then it stops and sometimes the two side lights of the type of pool to be cleaned start to flash! what can it be ??
Reply
Hi, Andre. The issue could be the power supply. Test the output voltage of the power supply, if ok, then the issue is the cable.
