Iis there a water in and water out side to the 940 inline pool sanitzer?
Reply
Yes if you are looking at this chlorinator from the front the inlet would be on the left and the outlet would be on the right. Also the 940 Perform-Max Owner's Manual does a good job showing how to install this chlorinator.

Is this a generic model?

Hello Larry, this is not generic, just a different brand, King Technologies Perform-Max™ Feeders bring you the best in bulk chlorine or bromine feeding. No other bulk feeder offers erosion technology with exact metering capabilities. The Perform-Max™ Feeders are the only feeders with the patented Performance Valve™ that performs on cue, responding accurately to each adjustment in its wide range of settings. so depending on your pools size you can see if they are the right model for you.

Can someone confirm the size dimensions of this product? Your website shows top width of the canister at 7.5 inches and the bottom width of the canister at 7 inches. Then the height (which is far greater than the width) is also listed at 7 inches. I am looking for a replacement feeder and my current canister is 17/17.5 inches tall. Is this a typo on your website (7 inches instead of 17 as it should be)? Let me know. Thanks

I have a perform-Max 940 In-line brominator that has a slow leak around the dial control. Is there an O-ring in there? Is there a way to rebuild that area without replacing the whole thing?
Hi Michael, Yes there is an o-ring behind the dial valve. You will need this Perform Max 940 Dial O-Ring
