The cleaner will not move. What should I do?

Hello,Thank you for the reply back. The best area to start with robotic cleaners that are not moving is the impeller, it can collect debris and stop the cleaner from moving and will need to be cleaned. The filter bag or filters should be cleaned or replaced if not moving.

I have this model robot and it uses all the same parts as the Hayward Tiger Shark mentioned above. I would like to let Patrick R. know that this robot does not use water hoses and does not connect to the filter in any way. The only “hose” type part is the power cord that floats on the water. The unit runs independently of the pool filter.

I have a dirt devil rampage pool vacuum; it appears to be made by Hayward only because it so similar to tiger shark model. I used a Hayward tiger shark handle to replace my broken one. Now I'm trying to replace belts, brushes and belt guides. Are there specific dirt devil parts or would Hayward parts fit?

For the Rampage Robotic Cleaner you can use the same parts as the Hayward Tiger Shark Parts. Here you may view or purchase the Tiger Shark Robotic Cleaner Parts.

We unfortunately do not carry parts for this cleaner. You can always contact the manufacturer GLI at 1-800-448-2343 to confirm the part number for that handle and a retailer that may carry those parts.

Hi. It was working when I used three months ago. This time it hardly moves around. Checked filters and nothing in there. Is there anything else I should check?

Hi, You will need to inspect the Drive Tracks and Pully Gears for any wear.
