Hi, Chuck. This 25' x 45' Cover is actually 30' x 50', so there all larger than the pool size.

What does the 3 year full rated mean for the warranty

Hi, Gaynor. If the cover fails because of fabric or workmanship in years 1-3 the cover is replaced 100%, you just pay the shipping. Otherwise the warranty will be pro-rated at which point you pay a percentage and the shipping cost to replace the cover.
