E-Command™ 4 - Entry-level Pool or Spa control

E-Command™ 4 is the easy and cost-effective way to automate essential pool and spa functions. Control filter pump, heater, lighting and more. Automate schedules to turn lights on at night or to manage energy-saving two- or variable-speed pumps for better efficiency. Functions can be set to run automatically or can be controlled from an optional wireless spa-side, floating remote. The base system supports 4 high voltage relays, 3 valves, 1 heater and solar. Whatever the function, pool owners can maintain basic control of their pool and spa with
E-Command™ 4.

I have one of your Hayward Ecommand, I believe #2, it the time function will not keep the correct time anymore. Is this a simple fix or am I going to have to buy a new system?

Hi Jeff, Unfortunately, there is not a simple fix, you will have to replace the system because the parts needed are no longer available.

I have the same problem as the previous post. My unit does not keep time anymore. It is stuck at 10:47 am and won't move from there. I have the HPC-4-ACT-RC. Can I just purchase the main controller unit (GLX-PCB-HPC-4?) and replace it? I do not need the Remote & Wireless Antenna & 2 Actuators as I already have those.

Hello Gerardo, I would call Hayward 800-657-2287 to see if they can run diagnostic on it to see on recalibrating the system or give you the part that is needed to fix the issue itself.
