Pros: Picks up Sand,acorns and leaves

Cons: Broke after 2yrs, have to reset scheadule if it looses power, power cord tangles, wont clean steps

I bought this when it first came out in the summer of 2013. My initial impression was good, it was easy to setup and cleaned the bottom of the pool very well, even picking up sand. It did seem to struggle on the walls and has never cleaned the steps. Fast forward two years and it is already broken. It is giving me an error code 3 and will not reset. Basically it is saying there is an electrical short with the left wheels. I have tried everything in the manual and contacted tech support which was no help. They told me to take it in and get it hooked up to a machine so they can diagnose the problem. However there is no dealer near me with a physical address so it would have to be a service call. On another note the paint is already completely faded and it looks like it should be at least 5 years old. Hopefully I can get it fixed and it is not too expensive since i already paid 1400.00 for a cleaner that only lasted 2yrs. If you are looking for one I would look suggest a different brand.

its work good but i have to clean filter bag so often and remote control its seam not to work
