CHANGED BATTERY IN REMOTE BUT CANNOT GET REMOTE TO CHANGE COLORS IN POOL AND WATERFALL AT THE SAME TIME. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG. I HAVE NO BROCHURE TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION.

For some reason remote control does not turn the system ON. could it have to do with possibly batteries in remote control became old and need a replacement ?? model RM-6000 we have the pool installed in 2006 - and this is the original equipment. Thanx

Yes, we would recommend trying to change the 9 V battery.

Hi, Greg. Unfortunately, this system is NOT compatible with the RM-400 system.
