The Summit Heat Pump with Titanium Heat Exchanger is one of INYO Pool
Products most popular heat pumps because it combines all the features our customers
have asked for, all at an unbelievable price! These features include Titanium
Heat Exchanger, Scroll Compressor, Digital Controls and A warranty that will not
be voided due to improper pool water chemistry.
The Scroll Compressor allows the Summit to operate very quietly even at lower
temperatures and has a much higher COP rating than older piston style compressors,
the higher COP rating means lower operational costs. We highly recommend using

The Summit pool heaters consist of a Copeland Scroll compressor; an electronic
service control card, and a heat exchanger with titanium fin-type tubing that
comes with a ten-year corrosion-free warranty. In addition, they each include
a lifetime maintenance-free UV-treated plastic cover to provide protection.
All the Summit heater parts and accessories are superior in quality; this ensures
each manufactured unit with maximum, leading edge technological performance
and durability.

The following items are the major components that make Summit pool heaters the
most effective and durable on the market.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
Scroll compressors manufactured by Copeland generate a greater quantity of heat
with 10% higher efficiency than piston compressors at lower ambient air temperatures
for enhanced heating efficiency. Furthermore, Scroll compressors are quieter and
longer-lasting because they have only two moving parts compared with fifteen parts
in two-cylinder piston compressors.
TITANIUM HEAT EXCHANGER
Titanium, the only metal resistant to the chemicals added to swimming pool water,
allows excellent thermal exchange and a ten-year warranty.
VALVE
Thermostatic expansion valves protect compressors and ensure the right quantity
of Freon is provided to obtain maximum energy efficiency no matter the outside
temperatures.
NEW FAN BLADES
This new patented fan blade reduces noise from 5 to 6 decibels while increasing
fan capacity.
MOTOR
Fan motors are completely sealed and permanently lubricated.
FILTER
This type of filter provides heat pumps with additional protection against moisture
and contamination.
EXCLUSIVE SOUND PROOFING
Acoustic cover protectors developed by the Summit team make units practically
noiseless and protect them against harsh weather.
WIRE PROTECTION
Rust-free plastic wire netting protects evaporator coils and is less unsightly.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The electronic service analyzing control card is very accurate. It has a microcomputer
processor that indicates any defective operation.
