The Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Tracks are the belts that connect the gear on the motor shaft to the drive gears on each end of the Brushes. There are two tracks, One on each side. Over time these tracks wear and stretch to the point where they have to be replaced. This guide shows you the steps required to replace these tracks.

Nautilus brush - The Nautilus brushes fit securely in slots incorporated in the frame of the cleaner. It might be that the brush was not slotted properly or that the slot or brush end was damaged. See our guide on " How To Replace the Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Combined Brushes" for instructions on how the brushes are installed.Reply

What would cause one of the rollers to come completely off? The belts are not broken and no plastic parts are either. The entire brush roller just came off during operation. I did not see it happen.Reply

Zain Barry - The fan is connected directly to the motor so it sounds like you have a motor overheating problem. When the motor overheats, it will shut off until it is cool enough to run again. Check around the fan to see if it is clogged or running against the sides. Then check the pulleys and wheels on the tracks to see if they are binding and need to be replaced.Reply
