Hayward Super Pump

Possibly the most popular pump in America, the Hayward Super Pump is the Ford F-150 in its class; its commonality speaks to its workhorse nature. Its distinct square strainer lid marks it as distinct amongst its competitors, but no other pool pump can match its almost 50 years' worth of service.

Hayward Super II

The Super II is the mid-range model of Hayward’s p pump line, but this middle-child can match the flow rates of other brands’ ‘premier’ models. Designed to perfection in the 1980s, the Super Pump is ideal for small to midsize pools with long, dynamic feet of head ratings up to 60.

Hayward TriStar

Try as they might, the competition cannot top the performance of Hayward’s premium pump called the Hayward TriStar. The TriStar is designed for midsize to large pools or pools with dynamic feet of head ratings up to 90. The TriStar is the drop-in replacement for the older Hayward NorthStar and EcoStar models.

Hayward Variable Speed Pumps

Hayward has three variable speed (VS) pool pumps on offer. The Super Pump XE features six selectable speeds that are optimal for small to medium pools. The MaxFlo VS aligns more with the Super II flow rate capabilities but offers a sleeker, more refined housing design. And finally, the TriStar VS offers the highest flow rate of the three designs, making it ideal for large inground pools.

Above Ground Pool Pumps

Hayward offers two above ground pool pump models, the Power-Flo LX and the Power-Flo Matrix. The Power-Flo LX features a detachable strainer housing, making it a capable choice as an above ground pool pump or for standalone spa pump applications. The Power-Flo Matrix offers a higher flow rate than the Power-Flo LX, plus a rotatable housing to replace horizontal or vertical discharge orientations.
