Please explain the warranty on this product. It shows 5 years. It is prorated or full coverage for all 5 years? Who makes these covers, or at least the 20'x40' rectangular 8 mil?
Reply
This is a full coverage warranty for the 5 years and the manufacturer of this cover is Midwest Canvas.

You have 3 20 x 40 covers. What is the difference other than price?

Hi Susan, There are 3 main differences in the covers we carry which are thickness, color and warranty. The thickness is denotated in the MIL size the larger the MIL size the thicker the cover. We carry solar covers in blue and clear, the clear is an upgrade over the blue as it allows sunlight through the cover thus heating your pool more effectively. Finally the thicker covers normally have a longer warranty then the thinner covers.

I just installed 35.5 x 15.5 ft inground fiberglass pool. I am considering to buy your 20 x 40 clear solar cover. Would this work? Also, what is the difference between blue or clear, other than color?

Good Afternoon- Yes, the 20' x 40' Rectangular Spaceage Solar Cover, 8 Mil cover would work. The blue covers are good for heat retention. They work best if you are looking to heat your pool and keep heat in. The clear covers are thicker and allow more sun to hit the water and work better for actually increasing the water temperature.

Can you fold the cover or does it need to roll up

Hi Brian, the best way to store these solar blankets is by rolling them up in a solar blanket reel. Folding may cause unwanted creases.
