Is this all I need to use iPhone control? I have the easy touch 8. Also can I still use my dedicated wireless controller ?

Hello Frank- Yes the Screenlogic Wireless Kit - 522104 is all you will need. You would still be able to use your wireless controller as well.

Is this phone control from remote location or only from pool location

The Pentair EC-522104  allows you to control and monitor your pool equipment remotely through the Pentair Home app. As long as you have an internet connection, you can manage your pool from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet.
