How many bolts are required?

This rail uses 4 screws to anchor the rail and can be bolted to either wood or concrete. The rail does not come with screws as you would need to purchase these at a local hardware store based on your deck type.

Is there any reason this can't be used as a grab rail above pool steps? Seems easier to install that the ones that require drilling into the concrete.
