I am looking at your image of Part No 6230-25 which shows the kit including the cast Iron Headers and the gaskets. I do not need new cast iron headers. I do need the gaskets
only that fit these headers. (i.e. 1 1/2 inch pipe diameter). Can I buy only the gaskets and what do they cost?

I have a Raypak Versa Model E 165-WG-N The parts diagram on this site for the 155 and 185 look very similar to my unit. My flange part number is 351002. Is this flange available or will the flange in this kit fit?

Hi, Paul. I was unable to locate a Raypak Versa Model E 165-WG-N in the Raypak Parts Catalog. I'm unable to confirm if this Flange Kit will work with that model. You email pictures of your unit so that we can try to confirm.

I decided to rebuild the entire RayPac pool heater replacing all components except the skins themselves. Replaced both the front and rear headers/manifolds,along with all new gaskets. Replaced all the sensors; the gas valve; the unitherm governor kit; the pressure relief valve; the drain cock; the sensor well kit, and the bypass valve. I ordered the parts from INYO pools and they had everything in stock except for one item. All replacement parts fit and are performing as intended. I had help with the backend plumbing coming from the pool pump and rebuilt all that as well.
