I belive the part I have found on your site will fix the borken one in my Raypak heater, but I want to make sure it is the right one. The part is the return header and your part # is 6230-12. The heater is a RP2100, model number C-R265-EN, serial #9608049170. The number on the casting shown in the picture appears to be the same as the one on the broken (rusted out) part (SA276 GR30), so am fairly sure this is correct, but please confirm. Thanks!

Hi Ed, I double checked the Raypak documentation and the 6230-12 is the correct cast iron return header for your RP2100, model number C-R265-EN. So you should be all set with ordering this part.

Can I replace my cast iron headers with on this unit with non cast iron ones that will not rust? If so what are the new part #s and prices
