OEM standpipe, manifold and lateral assembly for the Hayward Pro Series top mount sand filters.

  • Fits models S244T (24" tank) and S270T (27" tank)
  • Includes 10 swivel type laterals (6-1/4" long)
  • Total length of assembly 28"
  • Top pipe length 20-5/8"
  • Top is 1-1/2" thinwall PVC

I need to replace the lateral assembly for my Hayward Sand filter. The part number on the assembly is S-240-E and the total length is 27.5....laterals S-240-D. I do not know what model of filter I have since there is no part number or label on the filter....came with house. I am unable to determine what replacement part number to order. I can not find a lateral assembly that is 27.5...

Hello John - Part number SX242DA is the correct lateral assembly for the Hayward S240.

Hi, The pipe for the Lateral Assembly w/ Pipe (SX244DA) is 20-5/8" long by 1-1/2" thin wall PVC.

My old lateral assembly with pipe was marked as S-240-E, would the sx244da be the correct replacement?

Hi, David. This Lateral Assembly with Pipe - SX244DA will NOT fit the S244S model filter, you will need Part # SX242MA1.

This product arrived sooner than I expected after I placed the order. Quality of materials was excellent. It should last a long time. Installed easily. Worked just as advertised. Very pleased with the overall experience with INYOPOOLS. I'll be ordering more parts for my filter.
