I would like to know if Raypak Tube Bundle, Copper,R406a,R407a ( 010062f ) will fit my Raypak Pool Heater model P-R406A-EN-C ?

I need a tube bundle for a p-r406a-mn-c but when I pull up an R406a It does not have the same flange bolts set up?

Hello, yes based on the p-r406a-mn-c model the Raypak Tube Bundle, Copper, R406a, R407a (010062f) would be the correct unit. If you can please send us a photo of the data plate on the heater. To our Support Request portal.

We have a B-R406A-EN-X ASME heater and purchased the 010062F Heat Exchanger Tube Bundle, Copper. The Bolts do not match.

Hi Levi, we are sorry to hear about that. Note that your R406A-EN-X ASME heater has a cupronickel heat exchanger and they are not interchangeable with the copper ones. Yours also has metal headers instead of plastic ones.To add to the confusion, units manufactured from 12/2019 have bronze headers and use 017990F. Units manufactured prior to 12/2019 use cast iron headers and use 010363F for the heat exchanger. The manufacturing date should be on the label inside the heater.
