What is a normal amount of time this part will last? I have had to replace mine several times.

Hi, Mr. J. Baxter. This part does not have a life span. How long this part will last will be based on the operating condition.

Hi, Jay. This assembly will not work with your model filter, you will need the Air Relief Assembly Kit - 154687.

how can I take the bleeder valve out if the thread is bold and I can't get it out the tank?

Sorry but there is no way for us to answer your question. It will be a counter clockwise removal, if it was cross threaded on the installation then the damage is most likely already done & you may find you have an issue with the threads on the tank.

Will the above air relief assy clear body fit a Pentair Triton II High Rate Sand Filter TR 100

Unfortunately, this will not work for the TR100 filter model. Please click here to view the parts list for that filter. Key number 1 looks to be the air relief assembly.
