GASKET, BOTTOM MANIFOLD
I see several similar body gasket and tank body o-rings. What is the difference between part # 9 & 10 on the CCP420. Mine is specifically CCP420 with Serial # 01 and F Punched out on the label.
Alexander, Key #9 is for filters manufactured before 11/1998. Key #10 has two options. Part # 4654-42 is made for filters manufactured after 11/1998 - present excluding filter made between 03/2003 and 07/2003. Part # 4610-38 is only for filters manufactured between 03/2003 and 07/2003. There should be a date code on the filter tank label that will help narrow down which o-ring you need.

Hello Tobias. The Bottom Manifold Gasket 4654-23 (V38-221) has an outside diameter of 17 5/8" and an inside diameter of 16 3/8". It is compatible with the American products Quantum CM, Stainless and RPM Series Filters, as well as the Pentair Clean & Clear Plus Cartridge Filter.
