Hello, I may have already emailed you. If so, I apologize. I'm looking for a gas valve for my 13OA Raypak pool heater. It's a Milivolt type and for natural gas. The part /model # of the gas valve currently installed on my heater is a VS820 H2065.

For a Raypak pool heater, is this valve [6238-523] a suitable replacement for a natural gas and millivolt controlled valve on 3/4" gas lines, working with a pilot burner that powers the millivolt generator?

Hi, Al. This gas valve will operate a Raypak 130 Natural Gas MV heater.

will this model work with a mili volt hayward h series my old part says vs820 a52c4 so i just want to make sure

Hello, This unit will only work on Millivolt Raypak heaters. This unit will not work with your H series heater.

I have a very old AO Smith Mediterranean pool heater. It works great but I need a new gas valve. The one in the picture PART # 6238-523 looks exactly like to gas valve I need to replace. I mean exactly - knobs wire locations everything. Can I assume it will work as a replacement valve?

If the Gas Valve, Ng, Mv, 130 - 011588F is identical (for use with Millivolt Select Models) and you would like to order it to compare to the current without installing it, you are welcome too.
