Will this gauge fit the Hayward Model c1500 Xtreme filtration system.
Hello Fiore. The Back Mount Pressure Gauge is a compatible pressure gauge replacement for the Hayward XStream Above Ground Filter System. Attached please find the Hayward XStream Cartridge exploded parts diagram for reference. The PRESSURE GAUGE (4G5001) is also a compatible replacement pressure gauge for the Hayward XStream Filter System.

Pros: Works good when vision is not impared.
Cons: Leaks, and gets cloudy in pool environments.
Pressure gage requires replacement every couple of years due to moisture getting in and making it unreadable. If exposed to direct sunlight the lens will tend to cloud over. extreme care must be used during replacement not to strip out the filter lid which is plastic.

Gauge arrived with the face (numbered) plate bent up too high to allow the needle to move. I bent it back down. The needle would now move and the spring would return it to zero. It does not contact the face plate. Installed the gauge on the filter. The gauge does not work. This is the first problem I have ever had with an order from INYO. I will not be returning the gauge because it is the gauge marketed by my filter manufacturer even though it is much larger and different from the original. I do not believe INYO did anything wrong.
