No, the locking knob is not sold separately for the Game SandPro Filter and you would have to purchase a new clamp assembly, part # 3300-544.

I know this locking ring won't fit on a Sand Pro 550 but do you have a locking ring that will fit a Sand Pro 550?

Hi. This locking ring will not fit the Sand Pro 550 sand Filter. We do not carry the replacement clamp for that system.

What tank and lid lock ring will fit the 4510 sandpro tank since the one that came with it is no longer available

Hi, Sue. Unfortunately, there is not an alternate replacement for this Lock Ring for the SandPro 4510 unit.
