We have a Tiger Shark QC Model RC9990GR. It is only a year old. When we first used it for this year it worked wonderful, now it will not sink in the water. Any ideas on what could be the problem

Hi Belinda, When Placing the TigerShark in the pool. It will slowly sink to the bottom of the pool as the air inside is released. Submersing by hand is helpful.

My unit is I year old. After I cleaned the filter it will not start up. I have brand new transformer and it lights up when I press full cycle option but the shark doesn't do anything. What is the issue??

I ran over the cord from the power unit to the electrical outlet with my lawn mower. What is the possibility of replacing this part without replacing the entire power unit?

I admit I must have not used the correct terminology for my previous question. The cord I am speaking of is the cord that runs from the power unit to the electrical plug. I was not speaking of the cord that runs from the tiger shark into the pool. I am wanting to know if that cord that runs from the power unit to the electrical outlet can be replaced.

Hello Dexter- They do not sell the cord from the power supply to the outlet separately. You will have to purchase the entire power supply.

Pros: works wonderfully while you do other things, get the pool cleaner than ever
Cons: there are none other than cost!
This is not only the best sweeper on the market, but it also filters the water, everyone has commented on how great the pool looks this year, and its a concrete pool with fiberglass walls, built in 1987. You have to realize this is an investment in caring for your home, to maintain its value.

Upon unpacking the TigerShark QC robotic cleaner, I was pleased with the simplicity of the unit. Simply place the TigerShark in the water, plug it into the power unit, and turn it on! The TigerShark began to clean my fiberglass pool with amazing speed. I was amazed how well it cleaned the pool. The pool water is crystal clear and the work was easier. Now, I can enjoy relaxing in the pool instead of the work of cleaning it!

This pool cleaner really works well. It climbs walls. It sucks up the dirt on the floor and walls. It is easy to clean. It stirs up the water so the floating material can be picked up by the skimmers

Pros: put it in the pool and forget about it, it works wonders
Cons: had to buy covers for my drains so it didn't get stuck
I would say the Tiger Shark does a very good job of cleaning when you use the full cycle. When using the short cycle, the job is less than acceptable.
