This cleaner has the ability to maneuver itself, so if it gets stuck on the main drain it will free itself. If you have a raised main drain it can go up to it sense that it can't move forward and change direction.

I have an old Aquabot which I had repaired 3X and broke again. I have a preformed gunite pool 43' long. Still debating whether to get an Aquabot Turbo, Aquabot Turbo T or the Aquabot Pro IG with 3yr., 3yr. and 1 yr. warranties respectively. Which is better for my pool? Thank you.

Hi Del, We have had really good success with the AquaBot Pro IG cleaner and the price point is great. AquaBot Pro IG cleaner can handle a pool of you length and this would be the cleaner I would recommend.

We have the aquabot Turbo T now but the power supply doesn't work. How do I go about sending it back for repairs and how long will it take. Also is their one we can use while ours is getting repaired. Please let me know as soon as possible as out pool is in dire need of being vacumed. I also would like the address and any instructions for sending it back for the repairs. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Hello Lynne - We do not repair power supplies. The replacement power supply is part number 7184C. This power supply requires a 2-pin male plug on the end of your floating cable. If you need a male plug you can get part number 1615C and remove the 3rd pin.
