My Hayward Super II, 2HP, model C48M2N111B3 is leaking heavy from below housing, seems near connection between housing and motor but hard to see as so much water leaks out. Do I just have to replace the housing? Will your spx3020aa (part # 5110-07E) fit this old model? Elsewhere I saw spx3120aax as compatible? what's different from yours? Is assembly to motor simple or would it be better to buy a whole new pump?

Sounds to me like you need to replace the seals in your pump housing, part number GOKIT2, if saltwater pool it is GOKIT2SALT.

The Hayward RSX750A2 pump housing that I'm trying to replace has external threads on the port flanges. Do you have anything similar to replace the pump housing on a RS1502 assembly?

Hi. The RS Pump Housing - RSX750A2 is no longer available and this Hayward Super II Pump Strainer Housing - SPX3020AA. You will have to use he Hayward Union - SP14983S.

Great I will order late tonight and hopefully still get the discount! Also would you happen have an o ring (the big one) for a Hayward DE 6020 old style filter. I know its obsolete but not in the market for a new filter just yet! Robert

So I bought this pump housing a couple of months ago and everything fit when I replaced the guts from old housing. No air leaks that I can tell. What I noticed this weekend is that I have low pressure at the pool wall (jets) and am running about 22lbs at the filter. Could there be a reason for this?

Hello, Here is a great article on how to correct low pressure in your pump. http://www.inyopools.com/HowToPage/how_to_correct_low_pressure_in_your_pool_system.aspxPlease let us know if this does not resolve the issue.

I notice that on the housing strainer I'm replacing the two outlet for plumbing have grey plastic pipe.
Then it transfers to white PVC. Is this pipe for pressure or heat?
Do I Need more parts also besides the housing strainer.such as unions.

What is the model number for the strainer lid for the SPX3020AA pump body?

Hi Andy, this takes the Strainer Cover, Super II - SPX3000D. Be sure to order a new O-ring, 6-1/4" ID, 1/4" (O-12), a Strainer Basket B-207, the Hand Knob Kit, and some lubricant for the o-ring with it to make your Hayward RS Series pump like new again.

Hello Robert. The Pump Housing for Hayward Super II 2" - SPX3020AA is the correct Pump Housing for the Hayward RS2000 Pool Pump with 2" ports. The Hayward Pump Housing Gasket (SPX3000T) - G-345 should be replaced concurrently with the new pump housing. Attached please find the Hayward RS Series exploded parts diagram for reference.
