Do they make a fine mesh, screen like, filter insert for the Pentair basket to prevent stems clogging the pump?

Hello Ed. Pentair does not manufacture/market a filter screen for the Pentair Whisperflo Pool Pump. The use of a Filter Saver installed in the skimmer basket will capture smaller material that would otherwise pass through the openings in the skimmer basket.
