Hi, Jeff. If the cover is of a different manufacturer it will not, you can also use the 20'x40' Template to locate the anchor points.

  Jeff, The cover should have a tag with their info on it. If you're able to locate that tag, then you can determine the manufacturer.

we replaced our deck so they removed anchors and didnt replace them, now were having them put in, are the old anchors and parts reusable?

Good day, yes you would be able to reuse your old anchors. The new cover will come with new hardware if needed.
