I followed all the instructions in the video, and all voltages are good. Our PS looks a bit different than the new one you showed, as there are additional LED’s on the panel to the right of the power button, and several operating modes that can be selected. We have lost the remote. When we turn on the unit, the dolphin typically starts, moves for 1-2 minutes, then stops. We have tried 2 different dolphin units and the 3 power supplies we have, and all exhibit essentially the same pattern. When the dolphin is moving, it is vacuuming up properly (we can see the clean stripe on the pool bottom). No idea why these are both stopping after only a short run. Suggestions?
Hallo, my Dolphin galaxy stops after self check. During the self check are both motors working quite well. Voltage is also fine. The smal smd led diode on pcb is then blinking slowly and everything stops. Is there any table of error codes which showing the LED ? Thank you very much …
The information about these codes are usually listed in the owner’s manual that came with the cleaner.
I tried looking up a Dolphin Galaxy, but the only manual I see does not mention any troubleshooting techniques, or error codes. There’s also no mention of a self-check or self-diagnosis program. I went to Maytronics-Dolphin’s cleaner database, and there was no other mention of a Galaxy cleaner.
I get 29.2 volts dc on my Amphenol plug, but only 27 volts on the other end of the cable that plugs into the motor. Could this be the reason that the cleaner does not turn on?

I’d check the cable for continuity. Does the power supply turn on as usual? How old is the cleaner?
