Pros: Easy to move on a long pole
I have tried 3-4 other types of vacuum heads to replace this flex vac head, which lasted 12 seasons before the wheels came off. Nothing works like this one.

Pros: easy to hookup
Cons: like trying to move a suction cup
there is not any brushes or baffles to hold the center of head off of the floor of my pool therefore allowing it to collapse creationg a "suction cup" effect making it difficult to move the head around the pool for an efficient cleaning
