The Jandy AquaPalm brings the power and flexibility of a wireless remote to new or existing AquaLink RS control systems with Rev "M" software or later. Designed to be the "must have" add-on, the AquaPalm allows remote control of your equipment in an attractive, waterproof and portable handheld.
Features
*To upgrade to the PDA/Aqua Palm Hand Held w/18 Channel RF, R Kit - R0687300, AquaLink RS Systems must have Rev "M" software or later. If older, a new 52 pin PCB must be purchased.
Does this work with older rs2/6

You would need the Aqua Palm Kit which includes the remote and receiver and you would also need to make sure your software revision is M or higher, you should be able to go into your controller and verify your software revision.

I have a counter top remote (model 8156) for my Jandy Aqua link RS 6613
Firmware is L
Can I use your Aqua Palm together or instead of my current remote ?
How do I get and install a 52 pin PCB ?

Hi Vince, unfortunately the Aqua Palm is compatible on Aqualink systems of Firmware M or later. You could go with the Aqualink PDA Conversion Kit which includes a new pcb board (latest firmware) along with the wireless handheld remote. The wireless handheld remote would take the place of your current remote.

I have the AquaLink RS PDA. I really like how easy it is to turn on and off pool equipment. Not sure what happened, but all of the sudden it stopped working. I did try to put in new batteries and nothing. I moved the batteries around and it did turn on but then it started going "going crazy." What do I do?

Hi, It sounds like the remote is bad and will need to be replaced. There aren't replacement parts available to repair the remote
