Cuff, Hose For 1 1/2" Hose - 211
Does this cuff on placed on hose allow the cuff be mounted on hose & then allow the hose end be inserted to vacuum port ?
Reply
The replacement cuff is attached to the end of the vacuum hose. You would need to cut off the off, broken cuff. The new cuff screws on to the hose. You would then be able to use your vacuum hose and connect it to the vacuum port.

do you have 1 1/4 cuff hose

Hello, I apologize, but the lowest we have is 1.50" hose cuff.

I need a "Male" 1.5 inch Hose Cuff. Does not need to be a Swivel Type. "Female" Cuffs, including Swivel Types, have been great.

We no longer stock the 1.5" hose mender, but I was unable to find a male hose cuff. I did find a Hose Adapter, 2"mipx1 1/2"hose Male Red. (spx1082z3). I hope this is more along the lines of what you are looking for.

I have a hayward W560 leaf canister. My vacuum hoses are 1 1/2". To get the canister inline I need an adapter for the male end of the hose to the male port of the canister. I also need an adapter for the female end of a hose to the female end of the canister.

Pros: Identical to the original part
Cons: Being the same identical part, will it last?
The cuff of my 30-foot vacuum hose which I bought from INYOPOOL split after a little over a year. The hose was guaranteed for 4 years. INYOPOOL replaced the cuff after sending them pictures. No directions come with the cuff but with a little inspection, I could see how to install it -- cut off the split one since it had been glued on and then screw the new cuff on. I did it without glue knowing that in time it might unscrew. The new cuff seems to be a duplicate of the original.

The ends of my pool hose needed to be replaced and I didn't even know what they were called. Has anyone else ever had that problem on a part?? If so, take a picture and send it to Inyo! They will be able to tell you the part and direct you to correct product. Thanks, Inypo

Pros: Good idea
Cons: Bad application
When I received the cuff it looked like it would work,it had grooves inside that the hose should screw into. I install it and when I used it I noticed I had air getting into the system, having the repaired end on the skimmer side .I reversed the hose and put the end on the brush side and the air bubbles disappeared.I put teflon tape on the end of the hose which seemed to help alot.I just have to keep that end on the brush all the time.I'm thankful that I got it to work it saves me from buying a new hose.
