This is a heavy duty pump motor shaft seal that can be used on many different pool pumps including the Hayward Super Pump, Super II and Max-Flo, the Jacuzzi Magnum and RC, the Marlow Argonaut and Mardur, the Sta-Rite Max-E-Pro, the Pentair Pac Fab Hydropump and American Products Americana. The seal is made with carbon graphite, stainless steel and Viton synthetic rubber for extra durability and resistance to chemicals and salt. Especially recommended for pools with salt chlorine systems or ozonators.

I need one pump seal for my pump.
The pool have saltwater. The seal have serial number :C21-0750-1001 (John Crane INT). Inside diameter : about 20milimeter , Outside diameter : about 35 millimeters.
I don't find the pump name, but I find : Model P6RA6E-205, Code : 1H04A

Hi Vic, The Extra Heavy Duty 201 Pump Seal (PS3868) is the correct saltwater pump seal for your model pump.

Is the salt seal for the Hayward Super Pump and the Super Pump II the same? I just ordered a seal kit and it is for the Super Pump (square-ish shape) and I have the Super Pump II. Hoping I can use the one I now have and just not use the other parts in the kit. Returning would be time consuming for getting the pump running again.

Hi Mark G, The Hayward Super Pump and Super II Pump uses the same pump shaft seal and diffuser gasket.

The hardest part of this install was working with how lazy the installer years ago was. There were no couplings so we had to cut the system free. We simply just took everything off the old system and put it right back on the new system.

Pros: Original seal perfect.
Cons: Don't know how to use additional piece
Part is accurate as the original. But additional part, white/black ring, has no instructions on how it is supposed to be used. Need better instructions.
