I had this part replaced by my pool company in sept 2014 this unit does not work properly as one port is constantly on therefore not allowing proper pressure to the other ports when they open up I have a picture of the manufactured date 0f sept 2013 the serial # is 130090177 I think this part should last more than 2 years as it is not cheap What it the warrantee on this? and who do I bring it back to? Thanks Richard Trottier

Hello Richard, You can contact Paramount directly to see if they offer a certain type of warranty on parts and or could possibly have a tech come out to service the unit. I am concerned about purchasing this 6 port module. Looking at the pictures the bottom of it looks different than my unit. My unit is about 7 years old. I took all the information off the module and it matches. I can send you a picture of the bottom if you would like. Do I need to worry? Please help.
Thank You,

Hi, Ernie. If the numbers match then this is the correct replacement. You can send photos by replying to this email so that we can confirm.

my paramount water valve is making a lot of noise. Two questions: any idea what is causing the noise? The mfg # on top of the unit is 0013004800xx, apparently 6 port module. approx. 10 years old ... can you identify replacement parts for this model and costs?

Hi, Ron. A loose gear or part could be the cause of the noise. This 6-Port Module - 004-302-4408-00 is the correct replacement for your water valve.

Remove the cover and pick up the old water valve unit. Replace the old unit with the new unit. Be sure to rotate it as you lower it into the cavity to engage the tabs. Once it is engaged and lowered into place, replace the gasket on the cover. Replace the cover and tighten the locking ring. Easy job!
