The PL7792 is an after-market replacement electrode only for the CompuPool® CPSC36 salt chlorine generator. CompuPool® systems are economically designed so you can replace the electrode without replacing the clear blue housing. This is an after-market salt cell by Pureline and not the original salt cell by Compupool®. This salt cell is compatible with the Compupool® CPSC36 model.

We have a 27,500 gallon pool. Should I use the CPSC36 or is the CPSC24 adequate? It currently has a CPSC24, installed by the previous owner.

The CPSC24 is going to be for 30,000 gallons so that would be just fine, but if you wanted it to last longer the CPSC36, 40,000 gallons, would be the way to go. The benefit is that you would not have to run it at as high of a level to get the same production, which means if you are not working it as hard, theoretically, it will last longer.

How do we test if our Compu Pool Salt Chlorine Generator?
Took our Chlorinator apart, cleaned some stones out of container and re-installed Chlorinator. It did not appear to work. Should we test if the Chlorinator draws amperage?

Cons: I wish there was a blurb that yes, everything's included. Now I have extra gaskets but I'm sure I'll used them so no biggy.
Came exactly as shown, with the proper gaskets, spacers, everything included.
