Do you have a serial number off of this unit or know the year it was installed?

I have the attached filter. How much sand do I need to use when I change it? What’s the correct part number for the laterals and the orings?
Hi Eric, this filter uses 325 lbs of sand, the lateral part number is 4600-0085, and please see this parts diagram for all listed o rings for this model filter.

Hi Jim, we don't recommend that. The sand works its way in over time and makes them hard to remove. Try to rotate them a bit and then rock them up a down a bit to disengage and pull them out of the standpipe. There's grit in there so it's not an easy off operation but not super difficult either. Be aware of any sharp edges on the sand barrel so you don't cut yourself.

Hello Rickey, the correct laterals for your Pentair Triton II model TR60 filter manufactured 2/7/12 are part number 4600-0085 and you will need 6 of them. I have also emailed you an estimate that you can convert to an order if you would like. Parts are in stock and ready to ship.
