Hi,
I need to change/replace my in ground pool light fixture, I noticed a gummy material sealing the old cord to the old future casing. Is this the old Epoxy putty? If so, I need to drain the pool enough to remove the old putty, replace the light fixture and seal it with the epoxy putty?

Rene,How are you? Thank you for emailing Inyo Pools. You do not need to drain the pool for the epoxy will dry/cure under water.Best RegardsChristian

can this be used where there is hot water under pressure? We have a leak in the side of our aluminum hot water heater tank on our RV.

Good morning Jerry, This product is made for pool leaks, With it being under pressure there is not a lot you can do. I would see if there is any forums online that cover water heater leaks or check with the manufacturer of the heater and see what you can do.

I want to anchor a concrete reinforcing wire mesh about 1.5 ft wide by 8 feet long to the top of a concrete dam. Will this material fasten the wire to the concrete surface once it is cleaned. Thanks. RFO

Good morning, This product will bond to a list many surfaces including fiberglass, concrete, glass, ceramics, metals, wood, and many plastics. Knowing the dimensions of your job. You will need more than a 2 oz stick to complete. The epoxy will need time to setup you will need to find a way to hold the fencing allowing setup time for epoxy.

Can this be applied on the shallow end using a short pool pole, by attaching to end of pole?

This product is not designed to be inserted or attached to the end of a pole for application, although if you are creative, I am sure you could find a way to make it work.

Hi, I have a skimmer crack 8 inches long in my in ground pool and I read an article from a customer that they used Aqua Mend and it worked. But they did not indicate which epoxy they used, putty or 2 part liquid? My Leak is approximately 1/32 inches wide. I need to purchase something very durable for. Which part number should I use? Besides the epoxy, what about some kind of plate over the crack??? Where can I buy your epoxy in my area, Anaheim, California. I thanks--dan
